How to Share Posts from Instagram Feeds to Story

Story is the most popular Instagram feature. Users can post more than 1 content via stories per day. They are happy to upload spontaneous moments that are happening right then and there. And users do not need to feel the account is crowded because the post will disappear after 24 hours.

In addition to sharing daily activities, you can also share post photos or videos taken from the feed to be uploaded to Instastory. You can share anything, for example photos that are far below the feed and want to be brought back to be seen by friends through the story, and can even share other account posts as well. It's fun, right.

The other trick that is usually done to capture more interaction is if you have posted new content to the feed, then the content can be directly shared to the story. So that posts can be seen through two ways, namely feed and story.

In doing so, you don't need to screenshot or download Instagram photos and videos first, then post them in the story. Everything can be done easily and quickly. Blog igniel.com will share the tricks especially for you.

Add Posts to the Story without Screenshot

The first step to share IG feeds to stories is to find the desired photo or video. Can your own content or other account content. After that, follow the steps below.

  1. If you have found content that you want to share with Instastory, tap Ndalo the shape like a paper airplane. A new box will appear, tap Add post to your story(Add a post to your story).
  2. Oh yes, besides being sent to the story, you can also send the post to friends who are on the followers and following list by tapping on the button. Send(Send) next to their avatar photo. In addition, messages can also be inserted.
  3. After that the page will move to story view. You can insert stickers, text, gifs, or other trinkets as usual. Photos can be moved or reduced and enlarged as desired. By default it will look like style 1 (see picture). If you want to change to style 2, tap the screen once right in the middle of the photo. Later a white background and caption will appear (see picture). In this example I chose style 1 to be more minimalistic and simple. When finished, tap the buttonSend to(Send to) so that the Instagram story post works.
  4. In the Your Storytap sectionShare (Share)
  5. This is the final result when you succeed in sharing Instagram feed posts to the story. When the photo is tapped, the visitor will immediately be taken to the original post from the shared photo.

For the record, when sharing videos to stories, only thumbnails or cover images will appear. It won't be able to be played immediately but must first be tapped, then it will be directed to the original video.

It's easy to add a post to story by following the tutorial above. You can use it to share interesting content with friends. Or for those who sell on Instagram can add insight and interaction by uploading to the feed as well as share to the story so that the possibility of being seen by followers is even greater.
